Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), encrypted data at rest, regular security audits, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: (a) service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., Supabase for hosting, Stripe for payments); (b) law enforcement when required by law; (c) team members within your organization (for collaborative features).

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) object to processing of your data; (f) withdraw consent at any time. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences storage, and analytics. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent banner.
8. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Supabase (data storage), Stripe (payment processing), and analytics tools. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information.
9. Mobile App and Advertising
This section complements the previous ones for the Saveurs en Culture mobile app, which works differently from the website: the app uses neither a browser nor cookies, and data is collected through embedded software components (SDKs). Advertising — Free modules display ads served by Google AdMob. For this purpose, the app may access your device's advertising identifier (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) along with technical targeting signals. Paid subscriptions remove ads. Your consent — Before any personalized advertising, a consent form compliant with GDPR and Quebec's Law 25 is presented (Google User Messaging Platform). You can reopen it at any time to change or withdraw your consent, from Settings → Ad consent. If you decline, non-personalized ads may still be shown, without using your advertising identifier. iOS and tracking — On iOS, a separate App Tracking Transparency prompt is presented. You may decline it, then change it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking: this authorization is managed by the operating system and cannot be revoked from within the app. Analytics and diagnostics — The app uses Mixpanel (usage analytics) and Sentry (crash reporting), which process an anonymized device identifier. Any purchases are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play: we receive no payment data.
10. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
11. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request account deletion at any time, after which we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
12. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
